McClaren is the right fit for Derby and Derby is the right fit for him. Hope he realises that now. I also finally understand Mel Morris through this appointment. He was looking for someone to build on what McClaren did like McClaren built on what Clough did. I hope Mel gives him time and leaves him to it...and I think he will. its going to be tough though, we're a different beast to when Mac took over last time when we had years of monotony!
