Mountain Ram
Give him a chance. None of the crop of the currently unemployed managers fill me with any enthusiasm and I'm not sure we'd be able to pry the likes of Mark Warburton away from their current clubs. Curtains
I'm afraid it will all end in tears again if Chris Powell is appointed even though he's a really nice guy I want Rowett but it will be Powell I would imagine according to the bookies. Dale The Ram
I personally love Chris Powell. If anyone went to the Blackburn game would know after warming the team up, he played 1 on 1 with the ball boys and eventually went into the changing rooms to a round of applause. He got emotional in his first press conference as manager. There is no doubt Powell is Derby through and through, I say give him the reigns for the end of the season. I cant see us getting top 6 now so lets build this Derby Way under Powell
Wolfie
I just don't want it to be another season effectively written off - like last year was.

BathRam72
I am on the fence at the moment as no one is really sticking out for me. I suggest we give him until the end of the season. My worry is whoever the next manager is, if he doesn't perform immediately he will be shown the door before he settles in.
sage
I would have liked the option, just hold the fort until we appoint. Before xmas but stop calling him a disaster.

I'd prefer Wassall to remain as Academy Director and keep Powell amongst the club even as caretaker manager
Curtains
We all think he's a nice guy and that will sway the poll results . Its about appointing a successful manager for DCFC though not sentiment.
toddy
You know we weren't a million miles off the points that we had when Mac took over, so top 6 is a real possibility. Give it to CP till the end of the season.

Parsnip
Unfortunately I had to vote "disaster waiting to happen". That's not truly representative of where I stand but probably closest. Ideally we could ask CP to take control while we get ourselves sorted. No pressure, probably just until Christmas as all other options are assessed. If in that time he instigates real progress- then he'll be under consideration for the job. But what I'd really like to see, now or in the very near future, is someone coming in with a plan, probably a young manager with a footballing brain who's crying out for an exciting project. Someone with a clear vision who'll get the players excited & wanting to be a part of Derby County.
