Strangely I think Big Sam might be somewhat keen after the England fiasco. Can't think we'd be playing fast attacking attractive football every week though, we wouldn't lose to many games at least. Big Sam might hit it off with MM, who knows somebody must eventually.

Would take him back in a heartbeat, last great manager we have had.

My man on the inside tells me that Stevie Mac is almost a done deal though...

Then you want an average football club with both Powell or ROWETT with no clout especially across European football. They know Charlton, Burton and a few more average players. We will sign Donaldson !! Can't wait !!

BTW that lad on loan at Bristol City is fantastic just watching him for the U21's came from Chelsea on loan... ROWETT doesn't know where Chelsea is. At least McClaren at the time got Ibe, Winston, and the lad from Real Madrid...

Could have been a great if he hadn't kept tripping over his massive cigar.....

Yeah my old buddy reckons he's in the know and told me last week to "put yer foookin' house on mcclaren mate" with a wink - you know like he's knows summat...

And today Mel's been singing the praises of the mcclaren era...

Schteve coming back.... not going to say I'm happy about that but he will get my support if and when he takes over the reigns

Just hope he keeps his head this time around.

I wouldn't bee a massive fan on McClaren coming back.

He was great when things were good, he's never been a coach to turn around a struggling team.

I agree when things are going well it's great 2 watch but he had no answer to our defensive problems in his last 5 months at the helm. But I am warming to the idea compared to some of the other names being mentioned.
