Just ordered 24 bottles of St Bernardus Abt 12 and 24 bottles of Westmalle Tripel.

£95. This time a year ago, the identical order cost me £126.

Keep talking, UKIPpers. You are making my booze cheaper and cheaper.

Great deal that eddie.

Both are quite good.

Neat tequila from a wine glass.

Only because I've finished the cherry brandy mind, and the Malbec rose before it, and the Leffe before that.

Beginning to think the change of manager isn't the worse of my problems mind, I've now run out of salt!

Crikey.

You'll be on the Cinzano Bianco next.

Got an email today trying to persuade me to buy the latest wine offer.

To me, a white Burgundy.

To the sales team “It has an attractive bouquet of apple-blossom and lime flower that is very well-defined and expressive with hints of Alpine stream and a touch of almond in the background. The palate is well-balanced with tangerine and orange zest on the entry, leading to some attractive honey notes toward the rounded, generous finish."

An expert view or pretnetious claptrap? What do you alkies experts think?

It's been a long day.

Left home at 5:30 am, in the office for 6:30, left at 6:30 pm, got home at 7:45 pm.

Westmalle Tripel hardly touched the sides. I'm now tucking into a Worthington White Shield, and that will be followed by a Robinson's Old Tom.

It's good to be home.
