JayRam1
According to John Percy who's reliable that we are interested in Scott hogan from Brentford
Sexydadbod
Good player who works his socks off. As close a Jamie Vardy mark 2 as you can get. He was on fire at the end of last season so I can see why we are looking at him.
Anon
It shows how much we value Fozzy that we're prepared to sign a friend for him to hang out with in the treatment room. I actually think Hogan is worth the risk though, at the right price of course.

North_Stand_Ram
11 games at this level? 7m?!?!?!????
tomsdubs
7m?! This guy without silly season market conditions is worth about 1m max, he's barely done anything.
Posh Ram
Signing players based off of one good patch of form didn't work with Blackman, this is no different. Keeping tabs is fine but I'll be p*ssed off if we pay big money for someone with 11 games at this level.
satty atwal
Smells very much of blackman part 2.... spunked 3m on a league 1 player and yes would fit us recently to spend double that on his 2nd coming as our 1st signing
Ambitious
I don't know too much about Hogan, well, other than he's highly rated at Brentford. It's a classic Mel era Derby signing - sign a player in-form for a premium price and then watch him reduce in value as the fans boo him for not scoring every single minute of every single game. Excellent.

Excellent. Which leaves the question again, what do our scouts do and why aren't we picking this sort of player up, instead were being held to ransom by the teams that spot them first. May Contain Nuts
I'm not saying we shouldn't pay £7m for a player who's only managed 65 appearances in 41 months owing a double dose of ACL injuries to the same knee, I'm just saying that... errr... errr... errr... err on the side of caution?
