Rampage
New management team. New Ideas. New style. New formation. At least fifteen Rams players could grab their chance and become automatic choices under the new Manager. Who needs to be better? How must they adapt? Can they take their chance? Rampage
Darren Bent is a very mature, very fit player. If used properly he could make the difference this season by winning games for us where chances are at a premium.I would love to see him going on a goal scoring run and keeping his place. Can Pearson get the best out of him? I think so.Come on Darren, show us what you can do.
Van der MoodHoover
I think Blackman could surprise a few.

Zag zig
Weimann, played down the middle, we know he's got pace, plenty of Villa lads tell me that's his best position, intrigued to see if Pearson gives him a chance - fingers crossed, he might just surprise a few. North_Stand_Ram
Think Weimann is really going to step up this season.

That sounds better than my thoughts which were really a few of his doubters on this forum.
Grantona
Shackell will live up to his expensive price tag after a SLIGHTLY underwhelming 2015/16 season.
Kamikaze
Weimann or Johnson for me.
Curtains
Bradley Johnson is going to prove a lot of doubters so wrong.
RamLad1884
Bennett and Hanson for me, both young and hungry but there progress has always been overshadowed by the likes of Hughes and Hendrick breaking through. Could see both maturing and having a big impact at the tail end of the season

So hope you'r right, but for me he's the one out of all the not-so-successful signings that I've got least hope for. Technically abysmal at times last term. Bent, Weimann, Blackman, Camara. If one of them can step up and own it, we'll take some stopping, two of them and we're up.
RiddingsRam
I'm hoping if we player a 2 striker formation and Martin being 1 of the 2 , either Bent , Blackman or Weimann will really shine this season .
Coneheadjohn
Of the first team squad,I hope Camara and Blackman. Of the U2's,Rawson and Zanzala.
DesertRam
Butters to become an integral part of the team with regular games, Blackman and Ince to really stand out this year, as we go up auto with Newcastle.
Mr Tibbs
Fresh start for everyone. I can see Johnson, Weimann, Blackman and Bent all showing their worth for us this year.

Interesting - what do you think needs to happen for Bradley to flourish in the way you predict @curtains? Different formation, style, position for Bradley or all 3?
