My work is so snobbish they won't even put the game on the huge TV in our office in case we "get distracted" They are leaving it on mute with BBC news 24 on. . . . T***s, last I heard I was a grown man, not a 10 year old.

Just to add insult to injury, this office is Leicester, you know, the home of the current premier league champions. Unbelievable

Listening to Chris coleman talking about his 3 changes and the need to use the whole squad to maintain as much freshness as possible at the end of a hard season.

Made me wonder when was the last time we had an england coach who really used the squad. I don't mean like 2014 when the youngsters got a trot around in a dead rubber but a proper rotation.

Roy just seems so devoid of ideas. And as someone else said we're paying him some wedge.

How to not beat Wales the easy way in four easy and predictable steps:-

Step 1 - Pick the same team

Step 2 - Miss your chances

Step 3 - Give a couple of idiotic free kicks away for Bale to make us look like donkeys

Step 4 - Make substitutions when it is too late to make a difference eg after 60 minutes.

Spot on. Let's hope we're all proved wrong. C'mon England!

With birth odds like that Carl, pop down the bookies and have a few quid on Wales at 11/2 and as my old man keeps saying them fellas Ramsay or Lalana will never score, stick a few quid on Ramsay, coz one of these is bound to happen, oh and while your at it stick a big wad on Vardy coming on with 10 minutes to go when we England are 1-0 down and Kane is still taking the corners and failing to beat his first man, just like Tom Ince against the Tigers at home. England 0 Wales 3 and Woy tries to tell us that our performance was good, but Wales took their only 3 chances!

And no I never bet against Derby or England. And all Woys mates still try and convince the rest of us how wonderful Wayne Rooney is........

James Milner Part 2.........

So looking at Rooney's regression can we expect to see him at full-back at the World cup?
