Mostyn6
I would like to know what people would expect now we have made a managerial appointment. Nail down your requirements NOW and stick to your wishes.
needles
No guarantees of promotion at any time. So long as we look coherent and make a challenge for top 2, I won't cry if we finish 3rd or 4th and lose the poffs.
DCFCArmy
Steady improvements and promotion in the 2nd or 3rd season.
Ram@Lincoln
Continuous and stable improvement in performance and results over the entire season, not just in patches.
JuanFloEvraTheCocu'sNesta
I expect us to win at least 46 league games next season.
Gritstone Ram
Play offs would be ok. I think we need to keep improving year upon year.
RIMBAUD
I suppose your wishes may be modified by what you see on the pitch.
rynny
The aim should be top 2, it should be every season. However, I would be happy with achieving the play offs, whether we go up or not.
Philmycock
Top 19, as long as we play the Derby way
Rampage
Great Expectations. Unrealistic expectations Pearson expects to get promotion this year because he is on a mission. If he asks for players, he will get them.
Alph
Entertain me on a Saturday. That's why I go to football. For fun. Not boring 1-0 wins. Man City or Mans Field. I'm watching Derby
GenBr
Where is the "Win all games next season, go up as champions, win premier league season after that then win champions league 3 times in a row" option? We need to win the champions league at least twice just so they have no more bragging rights down the road otherwise I will consider him a failure. In reality I don't really mind if we don't get promoted next season - I think he needs time to do some work on the squad and whatnot, which will likely take more than a season. Either way it is at least going to be entertaining if nothing else.
mike93rh
The last two years running I was certain we'd be going up. Probably have more right to believe that this year but I won't let myself be hurt like that again. Play-off spot and I'm happy..
JaguarRam
The title and the FA cup playing football similar to the Brazil team of 1970. Other than that the same fans that wanted him so desperately to turn on him after our first defeat.
JoetheRam
Promotion. Not going to want him out or start a hate campaign against him if we don't go up though, just think that with this side plus a few additions and proper guidance we're good enough to go up. maxjam
If we're not 10 points clear after the first 3 games of the season I'll be calling for his head Either that or I picked option 3 - I think the squad needs a bit of work and it might take a few transfer windows to move some players on and get other in. toddy
Promotion playing good football would be the ideal answer - unfortunately no guarantees. In Pearson and Powell I do trust! COYR

Brighton Ram
I expect us to be competitive against everyone, play some fast-paced, exciting football where performances like the first 45 in the play off second leg are the norm rather than the exception. Where that leaves us in the table - we'll wait and see.
Posh Ram
I'd like to see us turn into a side that does the basics right and makes themselves hard to beat, whilst bringing through some of the youth players and being capable of beating teams that try to grind us down. If we see those changes I'm not bothered if we finish in the playoffs or not because we'll have set ourselves up for autos next season. A season of consolidation, imo, would be more preferable than playing exactly the same way with the same players, finishing 5th/6th and losing in the playoffs.
