We can do better than Nugent, for a striker, he doesn't score that often, except from the penalty spot and seems to have a bit of an ego which means I doubt he's come to be second choice to Martin? Kernow
There's no real use suggesting particular players because as we've seen, good players don't necessarily improve the team. We need a real focus on recruitment this year to make sure we can sign players who are capable of playing the roles we need them to play. Instead I'd suggest positions where we might need to strengthen. If a current player isn't under the list of positions then it means he has been sold. Goalkeepers Carson, New back-up, Roos/Mitchell (loan one out) Right back Christie, New Brayford style RB. Left back Forsyth, Olsson Centre backs Keogh, Shackell, Rawson, Pearce Defensive Midfield Thorne, New DM, Hanson (potentially loan him out) Centre midfield Hughes, Bryson, Butterfield, Hendrick, New experienced CM. Wingers Ince, Russell, New winger, PL loanee Strikers Martin, New first team striker, new squad striker, Zanzala (potentially loan him out)

Good enough for a team that's just been promoted but not good enough for a team who have failed to get promoted and 'bottled it' for the last few seasons, makes sense. Would be good to move to a front 2 and he has the winning mentality, has been promoted a few times now so would be positive influence on the dressing room. Him and Mccormack up front would be good. 2 players with fire in their belly

Basing your assumptions on the quality of a player purely on their promotion credentials is the same as me calling for us to re-sign Jay McEveley from Sheffield Utd because he got promoted with us back in 2006/07, when we both know he's not better than what we have... SIWY
Sam Winnall has done well for Barnsley this season and probably wouldn't cost much. Worth a punt? He certainly knows where the back of the net is.
Walsall_Ram
We doing squads now? GK Carson, Roos. FBs Christie, NEW; Olsson, Forsyth. CBsBerra, Shackell, Rawson. WMs NEW, Camara, Toral, NEW. CMs Hughes, Bryson, Thorne, Hendrick, Johnson, Butterfield, Hanson. STs Martin, Wells, NEW. Sell/Release Grant, Baird, Buxton, Keogh, Albentosa, Shotton, Pearce, Warnock, Ince, Russell, Weimann, Blackman, Bent. 23 man squad. Unsure how you'd go about signing 3 new wide midfielders and keeping them all happy. Players in bold are players I would love us to sign. Though only if we don't go up.
