Dimmu
Like those video's showm there's lot of big mistakes done by ref's but the original is against ethics/code of the game. IMO it's worse.
duncanjwitham
It's almost entirely inconsequential, but the wrong throw-in decision given against Huddersfield just summed up everything that is wrong with refereeing at the moment. A Huddersfield player was facing the east stand sideline, the ball was played off his shins and out for a Derby throw in. The linesman was close, with a perfect angle to see what had happened, the referee was further away, with at least 2 players (including the lad the ball last came off) between him and the ball. Linesman gives the correct call, but the ref overrules him. There's no way the ref could have seen what actually happened, so he's clearly just guessing, and simultaneously ignoring the guy that's supposed to be out there helping him. There were a few occasions that I had to raise an eye brow with the ref last week.
Sith Happens
I reckon he should ref our next game, you never know he might blow the whistle on 82 minutes.
