Cam the Ram
Lansbury may be out for the season after going off on a stretcher today with a suspected broken ankle. There's definitely something in the water in the East Midlands. Plenty of season ending injuries for both sides in recent years.

This is exactly the reason why we have to play the kids in the next round of the cup no matter who we get, if something like that happened to one of our key players it could screw up our chances of finishing in the top 2, this injury for Forest sounds awful and has probably blown any chance they had of finishing 13th now. eezzeetiger
You certainly cruised past the fifth worst team in the country. Good job you had made another couple of big money signings again.

RadioactiveWaste
Envy is a cruel master isn't it? You'd have thought that avoiding league 1 and escaping points deductions would give our friends from notts comfort enough to relax and accept their place in things. Oh it doesnt seem so long when the forest fans i knew were telling me they were now the Man City of the east midlands, that they could buy anyone they wanted and would be in the PL before you could blink, with their owner also saying the same things and even suggestions there might be a 3rd star on the shirt in the near future. At the same time we were the object of their p*** taking, with constant references to non league nigel and our lower league bargain basement buys. Me thinks in Nottingham there must be something in the water which causes short term memory loss, forgetting everything in the recent past, but holding onto longer term memories of being the 'famous' team. Sets up a potential 4th round tie with the 3rd best team in the east midlands (based on current league position with due apologies to county, Mansfield, Chesterfield. ..)
