Milk in my tea

Ignore if it's no longer appropriate as I've not bothered trying since but a few years back I queued up for 15 mins for a cup of tea only to be told I had to have milk in it. I know it probably comes from a machine but I mean all I wanted was a cup of hot water with a teabag in it. For vegans/lactose intolerants it'd be nice to be able to have a half time cuppa in the winter.

It was particularly irritating as there was a banner up at the side of the kiosk saying something like 'every choice is a black and white choice'. Apart from how you take your tea it forgot to add.
