Ninos
det reports rumours of a move to San Jose earthquakes. Curious how much of a fee he would command from the MLS.
Anon
In terms of the fee, nominal or non existent would be my guess. A shame, but he needs to go somewhere where he's in the first 11.
Dimmu
At least SJ is closer to Jamaica..
Wolfie
I wonder what's happened with him?. To have not figured in the squad at all is a bit strange.

LesterRam
yeah not worked well here for him, always thought he would be a good if he had a run in the team.
ilkleyram
In fairness to both Dawkins and Clement it feels to me as if international football has really messed up this season for him. Not only did he miss a lot of pre-season, and therefore a chance to impress and feature, but he's also been away at least twice since. In this break he's got a World Cup game on Wednesday 18th KO 5am (our time) so he probably isn't going to be travelling back until Thursday with no chance of being ready for Saturday. And that's happened more than once. It's not to say that he would or should have been picked ahead of others, but the fixture list and travel time has done him no favours
David
Makes sense, not in Clements plans, closer to Jamaica for internationals, in a league where Bradley Wright Phillips is a superstar that would make Dawkins the MLS Messi
eddie
The way he tore Fulham to shreds in the league cup last year I thought that would kick-start his Derby career, but he soon faded from the picture under McClaren, and isn't even in the gallery under Clement. Strange.
South Ram
Quite gutting, every time I saw him play was a pleasure
RadioactiveWaste
I'm a bit sad for him, he has lovely skills but no obvious role in the team - if he finds a team with a role that just "fits" he'll do great things. Kind of like Martin with us, was a bit just another football league striker til it came together for him at Derby.
WorksopRam
I'm pleased for him if it happens. Shame he's not had much of a look in. I've never questioned his attitude or anything, so it'd be nice for him to get a nice move away and start again.
DesertRam
Good luck to him if he leaves, he deserves a first team place somewhere.
BottrillRAM
I think his best place in the team would be to play off Bent but neither of them have had a great oppourtunity, Sad to see Dawkins leave really!

I can remember some shockers he had , were he looked like a headless chicken ! Certainly had a few good games more when he played central than out wide ! RamLad1884
Can't fault his attitude but he's just been phased out when better players were signed, almost reminds me of what happened with coutts to be honest. Obvious talent but just doesn't and probably won't ever fit into the current derby system. Good luck wherever he ends up.
Mr Tibbs
I hope he goes and makes a club career somewhere, he's only played 100 odd games and is 27 years old, there's undoubted talent there. Seemed to do well at SJ last time so if it goes through it might be a good deal for everybody concerned.
WorksopRam
His time with us certainly helped start his international career off, so at least that's one positive he can take from it all.
