Go Ape

Don't look down, look ahead and enjoy the view.

Focus on what you're doing and you'll be finished in no time.

I don't have a fear of heights, more a common sense complex that I might die the higher I go.

Working in construction, some of the ladders I have to go up id gladly take a safety harness 100ft in the air over a 3 storey ladder that hasn't been secured or dug into the ground every day

I am absolutely terrified of heights, I tried Go Ape, climbed up the first tree, legs went like jelly, palms literally dripping water, had to come down! I had a lovely walk around the Forest of Dean though while the others enjoyed it!

I recently walked over the Royal Gorge Bridge though which is almost a 1000ft above the Colorado river, that was only because I was too tight to have paid that much and not see what was on the other side!
