Guest Posted February 18, 2015 Posted February 18, 2015 Plan B... Maybe even a Plan C... Thought I would be positive instead of the relentless pursuit of trying to be proved right on why "insert scapegoat here" is awful etc... Seemed a third plan sprung up last night... Lingard playing just behind the main striker... Subbing DM and replacing with very attacking player (Bryson)... Just goes to show... We can adapt if necessary... So please take your player bashing elsewhere... Regards
DEL Posted February 18, 2015 Posted February 18, 2015 We're already have plan B for ages and some of our so called fans thinks we don't lol.
RodleyRam Posted February 18, 2015 Posted February 18, 2015 I'd like to see us have a plan D. 2-3-5 all out attack. We'd clean up time and time again!
PrivateDerby Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 2 2 6 Shotton and Albetosa at the back, when he gets time to go's to Clarks.
Ramarena Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Playing 11 outfield players and no keeper used to work wonders on early Champ Manager games, a kind of 3-4-1-3 formation, we should adopt this. Why doesn't Mac go for it?
Old Spalding Ram Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 I'd like to see us have a plan D. 2-3-5 all out attack. We'd clean up time and time again! I'm with RR on this one. Inside left, inside right, outside left, outside right, left back, right back, left half, right half, centre half and Tommy Powell.....................worked ok for Harry Storer and Tim Ward!
ChaddesdenRam Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 When did stop being the usual formation? The second half at Rotherham he played 4411 with a midfield without a holding player. Ince Bryson Hughes Dawkins Lingard Bent Lingard was free to roam, he and Dawkins exchanged positions a lot.
Srg Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 I'd argue it just turned into the 4-2-4 we saw time after time last year. Ince, Bent, Lingard and Dawkins all up to with Hughes and Bryson dropping deep to get the ball and recycle it from side to side. Nothing earth-shatteringly different what we had seen previously.
