Looking at the draw, think the semi finalists will be Ronnie, Ding, Carter (good WC record, but this quarter is weak in terms of good form) and Robertson.

Selby has not had a great season, neither Trump. Higgins plays well in patches, but don't think he is where he was a few years ago, Fu can play well but is Mr inconsistent and Murphy is slowy getting back to his best and had a couple of 147s. The rest bar.

Just a shame Ding/Ronnie can't be the final.

Harder to beat Ronnie in long format, but it can be done but players just have a mental block against him. Ding has that a little. Like Hendry in his prime, some players are scared of being in his half!

Selby to win it for me, his safety game is incredible if he puts it all together he can go and win it, last year he was appalling blamed it on over working, hopefully he plays well.
