mcsilks
Eight straight wins and a quarter final appearance in the FA Cup. So glad he proving just what a top manager he is. Great stuff Nigel. You deserve all of your plaudits.
Cisse
He has been doing very well which is nice for Nigel fo whom I like and not so nice for me because I really dislike Sheffield United. I was so hoping they would go down this season until Nigel took the reigns over there.
Bris Vegas
I'm pretty sure he had a fantastic run with us when he first joined. Let's wait until he has signed some players and is trusted with getting them promoted before saying how good he is.
Cisse
It will take time to get that team sorted. Nigel does well to keep them in the division.

I challenge you to admit that a young up and coming British manager has managed to take over at a struggling Division One club, steer tham to mid-table and a quarter final place in the FA Cup has done a good job. He has absolutely galvonised that side. That's EIGHT straight wins AND a quarter final place in the FA Cup.

Nothing really to shout about, hardly on Bradford type grounds is it. Also up and coming is a bit flashy isn't it. More like an ordinary British manager looking to learn from his past mistakes
AndyinLiverpool
Eight straight wins and a quarter final appearance in the FA Cup. So glad he proving just what a top manager he is. Great stuff Nigel. You deserve all of your plaudits. He isn't a top manager. He's a manager of a 3rd division team. A job he got after being sacked from a 2nd division team. Ramarena
He's done as expected really, although I'm surprised it took this long to find some form. They were struggling, but the squad was much better than their league position. Remember last season they finished in the play offs and most of the players were still there. He's also spent a bit for that division. Supposedly they were the only team who would stump up for Brayford's wages. He's also bought in Scougall, Bavies, Paynter, White, extended Coady's loan, So he's been pretty heavily backed. Also if you include the termination of contracts I wonder how they will do regarding FFP as it's quite strict in League 1 and they have certainly spent some money. Not sure about the up coming British manager bit. He's been in management since 1998, that's over 15 years. You'll be describing Mourinho as the new kid on the block next. You deserve all of your plaudits.Maybe my maths is slightly out, but he has 5 league wins and 2 cup wins since they were hammered 3-0 by Crewe? I guess you are just reading the BBC report though? Boycie
Bris, I think he's plainly missed all the other pro Clough threads on here, and fancied a spot of fishing, as you say.

Boycie
To be fair, he needs to be doing well. Because if he loses 3 games on the trot at United, his name won't count for *****. Keep it up Nigel!

You are unable to recognise achievement. Again.....well done Clough.

In mine, it is deserving of another thread. You don't like it.....well your'e the admin. Why don't you use your elevated position and delete it? Or then again......why not just edit the title in a rather juvenile way and abuse your position.
