It's about 25 minutes walk from Fester railway station.

 

There's a train back to Derby at 22:22 and then another at 22:48. Different prices - for some reason the earlier one is £6-50 and the later one is over a tenner.

Train is the easiest.

 

Every time we've taken a big following they tend to have a football special on for the way back. The only problem with a large following is a ridiculous police presence at the station, either arrive early or in a very small group unless you want to be frog marched to the ground at snails pace.

If you get the pleasure of an escort the bright side is there's some distance between you and some bald middle aged man jumping up and down waving fingers in your face as if Leicester have just won the Champions League while you couldn't give any more of a fook than when we lost to QPR.

Good this game might actually mean something this time around. Normally we take our hammering like good little sheep and pretend not to care.

 

I for one will always have a bit of a thing against Leicester as my first season as a Ram was when they robbed us in the play off final. Horrible game, terrible ref, some inexplicable errors by us... not my favorite topic, I'm definitely over it now though!

 

It'd be nice to be able to have the chance to go top with 3 points at their place, no matter how much we'd all protest otherwise!
