Never saw anyone fighting that cause. Allam is an oaf, who thinks in a few years many teams would follow his lead - he also has suggested that if it were up to him, he'd rename Man City to Manchester Hunter... MuespachRam Posted December 13, 2013 Share Posted December 13, 2013 he is only doing it to publishise his plight. he is in the middle of a massive argument with the local council who, now, after he has dumped 70 million into the city, have decided that they want to be a part of the club...he doesnt want that....rightly so in my opinon....and he is just trying to highligh this with some ill advised statements. Fair play to the bloke i say, he has thrown 70 million at a city that has been his home...and lets face it, its not the most glamorous of cities.. and as for the "city till i die"....only one football chant is worse than that and that is "stand up if you hate..." everyon who sings either of those two should have their mouths taped together forever.
