He's not playing him so he doesn't jeopardize a big sale in the summer for the Yanks wallets

We should sell Hughes if money isn't available.

 

As it stands he is a player of about £1m quality to the team. We could get somebody equally as effective for that price easily.

 

He's worth £10m for his potential, and people aren't willing to sit in the championship till he's 24 and can single handedly take us out of this league.

 

If money isnt available to do it without selling him and that kind of money is actually on offer its a no brainer.

 

£10m spent on the current team would easily be enough to make us automatic promotion contenders if it was spent well.

£5 million would be enough!

IF we sold hughes for 10m, we would only be aloud to spend about 2m of it.

any evidence of that being true?

transfer fees received so far have gone on the team (or at least appear to have) so why such a change in policy

Because we're not getting results at the moment, as such everything is going to have a negative spin on it.
