rezner Posted August 15, 2013 Share Posted August 15, 2013 Trying to buy a couple of tickets for the Leicester game and I keep getting this message up: "You cannot complete purchases of different type products in the same transaction. Please either clear your cart or complete your current transaction before adding a new type product!" It only lets me buy the single ticket, anyone know what the big deal is? Got the same thing trying to buy 2 Burnley tix. Ended up phoning them and got them that way. I told them about the problem but said they don't use the website so don't know of a problem,but will get intouch with the IT department about it.
