Made me laugh how freeman gets bombed straight away when he's been our best player this season. Only defender with competition. As for big money signings I don't think Clough has ever paid big money. He's always buying reserves, lower league, Scottish or young players. Give 100%, stick his head in where its likely to get kicked off. A no frills defender. And also limited with a capital L. Not expecting a Franco Baresi or a Lothar Matteus but if thats your game then I wouldnt expect Buxton to be getting bullied by opposition centre halfs, losing aerial battles and being outmuscled.
