Lawyers have been instructed to start proceedings against the Lancashire club who were promoted today to the English Premier League after a winning by the odd goal. Sheffield lawyers are to argue that Wade Elliott, the goal scorer, in fact "toe poked" the ball into the net, and it should be dissallowed. Reports that Sheffield United had another case, because the goal keeper wasn't ready, have been rubbished.
