Seeing that CK owns a logistics block chain company, I wonder if he made his money from cryptocurrency like bitcoin. That would explain why his wealth is hard to find out from the net. 

No one seems to know other than Kirchner himself. Seen it reported in some places that he’s a millionaire, others claimed he’s worth billions. Was reading a SkySports article earlier and found this quote mildly reassuring in all the uncertainty as it at least suggests Q have seen evidence of funds (though many doubt their competence at this stage ?) ;
"Kirchner has already shown he has the funds to buy the club - that was a condition laid down to all bidders by the administrators. But he will now be given full and unobstructed access to Derby's accounts for the first time, as 'preferred bidder'.
 
We fans have got more waiting to do in all of this I guess, people are sceptical about the man, the admins, the EFL and MM still hanging around all for good reason. It’s potentially a big positive step, but nothing is completed yet, as the rest of that article makes out.

My understanding was that the bid(s) of £30m were including the stadium.
So if £20m is allocated to the stadium/MSD then that only leaves £10m to all other creditors including HMRC which is obviously well short.
The bidders point of view will be that the £30m should be allocated to the creditors and that the stadium should be thrown in for nothing, with somebody else (MM) paying off the MSD debt.
The admin/MM point of view is that the price including the stadium needs to be £50m, the price without the stadium can be £30m, but the buyers only value the club at £30m if it comes WITH the stadium.
Bridging the gap between £30m and £50m is the issue. One side, or both will need to move to bridge this gap otherwise we're stuck.
