His recent pressers have been far less cringeworthy and more substantive. Hopefully that’s the future and it just took him a while to settle in. I like him more and more 

We can always improve. We have a good squad, but there are clear opportunities for growth if we can bring in the right players. Question of course is with our current model how much we are actually allowed to do.

The case could only be heard in front of a tribunal. It’s what the EFL rules say. Also, get into the high court and a case (including appeals etc) frequently takes several years. The EFl tribunals system is much quicker.  And for some reason known only to Rick de Marco we agreed with Middlesborough that they had a right under the rules to sue us before a tribunal.  
As for Parry refusing to define whether the claim was or was not a football claim, as you put it, his view quite literally has nothing to do with it. It’s simply about interpreting the rules. The clubs make the rules. The tribunal interprets them

Best balance so far ,, I’ve been onside with the warne for rosenior switch from the start ( rosenior not terrible though ) , liked the idea of getting the ball forward with intent much faster and far far less piddling about but to be fair making that change can easily give the impression that warne wants long ball and frantic with no control and passing ,
it’s been improving and today for me was by far the best balance of getting it forward but also mixing it up and keeping the ball for spells keeping control of the game and the game management being clear to see 
come on derby ?, really enjoying this whole rebuild of the club and the team from top to bottom , it just has a healthy feel around the whole club and how we are going about things

if boro had sued the EFl, it would have damaged Boro much more than the EFl. Boro’s case against us was weak so it follows their case against EFl was weaker. Yes Boro threatened to sue EFl to encourage EFl to take action against Derby.
 
But I don’t think there’s any evidence to suggest that Gibson sued us because EFl wanted him to.

Whoever signed Wildsmith deserves an all expenses paid trip to Alton Towers. And overall our recruitment in the summer was excellent

But why do you say the EFL would be gutted...? Why would they give a monkeys’ so long as we’re within the business plan ? Don’t you think they’re delighted we’re off their radar screen ?

I think we are seeing what a regular run of games is doing for his form and fitness at the moment.
