My only complaint about Allsop (and this may be the management's fault, not his) is that when we are in possession, he's coming about 20 yards too far forward. On Saturday, this left him too far out of position on the first two goals to be able to make the scorers' task harder. At times, he's too close to the defenders he's trying to play triangles with.
On crosses etc in general, he gives me much more confidence than Roos.

I still maintain Kelle Roos is a better keeper than Ryan Allsop . You can say he wasn’t at fault for those 3 goals yesterday but for me he should have done better on them all . Roos is still the scapegoat from 2019 but for me is the one I would have as no1 next season .

I'm coming up on saturday with the mrs, and will be staying in the Portland House Hotel, is this any good, as i've never stayed here before,
And what are the pubs like near there, The Wolf Pack, and the Navigation Inn in the evening for strangers, as the hotel got a show on.
    Thanks in advance.
P.S, If this is in the wrong section, i apologize.

My second venture into Wales, first was for the abandoned Newport game when I was about 10, was when we did  and Pen Y Fan and was at Sennybridge in the Army, no problems there and we had a great night out bowling in Cardiff midway through. Although stopping off to buy Vaseline for my chafed arse didn't go down to well one day, I got some funny looks.
After that I've spent ages in Snowdonia, mainly Betws  as I love the Marin trail and climbing, and to be fair a few times pubs have chucked a mixed group out or sent us to the beer gardens. Shame as I'm a friend and ally of all home nations and my best mate, now deceased, was a very proud Welshman. I still want them to win every game.

Norwich, Fulham and Bournemouth are interested, but noooooo our fans say he's rubbish. Almost as though he's a good goalkeeper... but our fans aren't willing to admit they're wrong.

swansea ram reacted to Woodypecker in Derby finally accept 21 point deduction.
We need to be tactical about how we approach some games.
When it comes down to the climax of the season, we may be facing opponents that need points to overhaul Boro or Forest in the table and who must leap-frog them in order to reach a play-off place!
That's the time for us to put juniors and rookies in the team and play some players out of position! Yes, we might get tonked like Fulham hitting 7 against Blackburn - but such beatings would give meaning to those Derby games, in the great satisfaction should Boro and Forest be pushed out of the top 6 because of those results!
It looks like The EFL has engineered our season to all but consign us to relegation, so let's have some fun at other's expense :))

swansea ram reacted to 24Charlie in Rooney and his sidekick OUT NOW
It’s virtually impossible sack him as the administrators aren't going to get rid. I said at the start of the season that Wayne had to hit the ground running because he has no credit in the bank after last season.
But administration happened, he said some nice things and the fans needed someone to rally around so he got a lot of good will.
Up to now it has masked over just how bad a manager he his. His fans will say he’s had an impossible job, stick with him but I’ll tell you this we will definitely be relegated with Rooney at the helm. I even think we’ll go down if we get our 12 points back.

Right now he’s giving any new owner no reason whatsoever to keep him.
I don’t care if it’s an unpopular opinion but he is not a good manager.

I don't recall us ever having washing up liquid, (despite being on regular pot-wash duty!).
We were so poor, we washed the pots & pans with the same Omo//Daz/Tide wash powder that got used in the old copper wash tub thingy, and subsequently the twin tub (Google it, kids!)  Took some bloody rinsing, I can tell yer!
Used to hate it when Blue Peter used to say you need an old Fairy Liquid bottle to make this spaceship!  Made all mine out of a box!  ?

    #truestorythat!

Oh... just read that back... we used the same wash powder... not literally re-used the same dirty dishwater!  We were poor, not chavs!  ?
