Better than having to trawl through all of this pointless crap to find the important points. Should be left in seperate threads.

Another thing puzzling me about this Wycome claim is that in the efl statement they say it is "of a similar nature" (to the diddlesborough claim) and that they haven't yet received full details. This is troubling because a/ why did they allow Wycome to anounce it when they haven't received the details and b/ this means Wycome can tailor it to situation as it changes and even make up their excuses as it goes along. Something of this nature capable of leading to the liquidation of another club should be tied down and specific, not as vague as "of a similar nature" and "we haven't yet received full details". The more I read the less I am confident of the competence of the admins. These things should be in writing and specific so all parties know exactly what is happening.

I don't understand WW claim. Couhig says according to BBC - If the points deduction had been applied last season, then Derby and not Wycombe would have been playing in the third tier this campaign. "Only one club was hurt as a result of that, and that was Wycombe, which fell short by one point to Derby," Couhig added.
Surely that means that their legal action should be against efl, because they are the ones that decided not to levy the penalty points last season (imho because they thought we would be relegated anyway and wanted to save the points to use to stop us bouncing straight back to set example) If they had inflicted the 9 points last season undoubtedly we would have gone down and WW would have stayed up. Surely efl's decision is what made the difference.

Great piece of digging David; we've all become amateur sleuths, old school journos or bar room barristers in the last few weeks haven't we!
While this points to the claims as they stand not being admissible as football creditors within the administration process, it wouldn't necessary make them go away further down the line would it? The new club owners could still face the claims, and after due process, should they be found to have merit and value, be liable to meet those costs in full.

As has already been said, please do NOT donate on this petition. Your donation isn't going to the club. It's going to Change to pay their server bills, that's it. They are very crafty.
This petition does nothing, get it on the government website and then they'll have to respond.

I've just had to accept that we're finished. My nerves are shot I can't sleep it's like being in a semi final score 1 - 1 in the 89th minute and they are bearing down on our goal area for every minute of every day and my old ticker can't take any more. It really is making me ill. So I have to say that's it, the worst is inevitable. Pick up my guitar and play sad songs to relax the tension away but accept we are finished and anything other than that is a bonus.

When will the next meeting with the fans take place?
We suggest week commencing 17 January. Date to be agreed with Ang Allen.

So perhaps they'll wait until Monday.

We can sell the club at any point in time.
Neither club are a creditor as they were not in the list filed at Companies House.
As far as I am aware neither has taken legal action either.
Basically its 2 chancers with 2 completely fictitious claims that neither would be stupid enough to take to court.
