England just chucking wickets away because they love to play BAZBALL, not exactly the best way to play test cricket. You can guarantee Australia won't chuck there wickets away and will get a lot more than 283. And will go on to get a 3-1 win in the Ashes series.

I for one would welcome him back.

No they wouldn't have been even the first that season for Derby John Cheidozie had played two games for us earlier that season, one a particularly good performance in a 1-1 draw at Forest.
Never realised that. My memory not as good these days that's what happens when you get to 68. LOL

Can i nominate Ian Storey-Moore, Lubos Kubik and Ivo Knoflichek Signed, on the pitch then never seen again!!!
From what I remember if we had signed Lubos Kubik and Ivo Knofilchek they would have been the first foreign players to play in the old First Division.

Absolutely gobsmacked the first £1,00,000 pound footballer RIP Trevor my condolences to his wife and family. 😭
I'm sorry to say I did not realise that Trevor Francis had lost his wife in 2017.

Apparently Hamilton had to spend a lot of the race managing engine temp and cooling. He'll be disappointed to not be on the podium for sure.
I'm baffled Perez got driver of the day,he did fine but there were more impressive drives for my money, both Lando and Georgie boy did more, particularly Lando who had to eak his tyres out to the end to secure P2.
The return of the honey badger was good, hard to say how it would've been without getting a turn 1 love tap, but enough in it to suggest he's woken up from his McLaren nightmare. I'm not going to pencil him into next year's red bull just yet, but clearly there's hope for the Danny fans.
I'm starting to wonder if netflix are just paying Ferrari to do these things at this point (then I remember they're Ferrari, and todt/brawn/Schumacher apart, they've always been like this)
RadioactiveWaste watched about an hour of thee race and just got totally bored. When Hamilton won his World Championships with Mercedes at least he had competition from Rosberg and Vettel. Verstappen has no competition at all. Enjoy watching the rest of the season but I for one will not bother watching another race this season. PS really happy for Lando though.

Just watching the highlights of play off semi final at Belland Road on Skysports football no matter what the outcome of the final against Villa that night at Leeds last long in great Derby wins.

Really made up for Lewis didn't think I would see him on pole again this year. The first few laps will be interesting. Hope Lando has a decent race again.

Reports are being made that Mad Marko's Pressure Cooker has burnt yet another driver with Nyck De Vries to be given the traditional Red bull "I don't recall saying good luck" exit and Danny Ricciardo will be in the Alpha tauri from Hungary onwards.
It's not been confirmed yet, but, I'm inclined to believe it.
It's of course interesting to Marko in particular as it will potentially give him fuel to burn both Yuki Tsunoda if he doesn't Lando Norris the ol' honey badger and Checo, who, let's face it, hasn't been doing the business for some time now.
And we know Dr Marko gets his rocks off on ending drivers careers.
But for Danny, the future looks full of hope again, as he can battle with Bottas and try to stay on the pace of his team mate once again.
So happy to see Daniel Ricciardo driving in Formula1 again. I would love to see him drive for Red Bull next season but it will be interesting how he does against Yuki Tsunoda at Alpha Tauri.

I'll do my best.
I'll be honest, it's not that it's Max and Red bull that's turning people off, so much as we ended the Lewis/Mercedes domination in such a fantastic season in 2021 that I don't think anyone is ready for another stretch one driver/car being so dominant. At least between the Scumacher years and the Vettel years we had a few interesting seasons.
I'm going to watch the cricket today for my sins hopefully the rain might hold off and we can make a game of it. Might dip in and out of F! just to see how it's going. Enjoy.

I was fortunate to see both Clough/Taylor and Mackay's team that won the league in the 70's so doesn't get much better than that.
But also loved the Cox/Smith teams who did well with some great players. I don't think we will see that again.

I should be doing a look ahead to the British Grand Prix,
so, Max yadda yadda.
Hopefully more entertaining things happen behind him.
RadioactiveWaste I usually look froward to the British Grand Prix but with Lewis struggling in the Mercedes and the fact Verstappen will bore people to death winning I'm going to give it a miss for the 1st time in over 40 years. Hope you enjoy my friend.

Went to Nottingham Cineworld to see the film tonight and the film kept breaking down with technical problems so only seen bits before everyone(30) people walked out asking for refunds. Absolute shambles. Very angry and very disappointed.

Maybe they will but I bet you Australia won't be as cavalier as England are when it comes to batting. I hope I'm wrong to be honest.
