Colleen has been unable to prove this due to the alleged loss of evidence.
Furthermore CR has to specifically prove that RV did it or directed someone to.

It’s almost certain that she did but almost certain is not enough.

We will be operating on a similar or even smaller budget than many League 1 clubs due to us having to pay creditors 35% over three years which will have to come out of club income.

True, I very much doubt he’ll be here next season in league 1. He’ll want to get back into the Wales squad. There are already plenty of clubs queuing up for his signature. I get all this loyalty to Rooney etc and being captain but he just won’t stay. He’ll want to play at a higher level and a higher wage which will be best for him and the club, probably true about Bielik and Poland also

I can see Frank getting sacked before the end of the season in a desperate bid by the owner to save them. Burnley have just done it. 
Frank is a good time guy. He’s great when things are great but when Mount got injured and we lost form Frank didn’t respond well to criticism at that time. Fortunately Mount came back and we managed to get to Wembley.
But would Rooney go there. It seems he’ll have a lot of clout here a lot more autonomy than perhaps at Everton and we won’t be on his back if we don’t bounce straight back up.
