His 21/22 season he had the following (stats per 90): 0.43 goals 6.37 aerial duels won (league highest) 5.85 touches in the box (98th percentile) Also, won possession 43 times in the final third, which was a league high. In 22/23, he also had 0.52 goals (0.43xG) per 90 which was near the top of the league. He'll add a different dynamic in our attack, win us aerial duels up top and get on the end of crosses. It'd be a good signing.

Gonna be honest, if you're 25 (ignore the article, he's not 22) and still playing at that level, it's highly likely you're not League 1 standard. Happily proven wrong but I don't think he's League 1 promotion standard.

One player I'd love for us to take a risk on would be Anthony Mancini at Hartlepool. From what I've seen and heard he's a level above any player in the National League. If we're looking for a creative midfielder, he's the man. Just look at the highlights from the weekend on his return from injury, level above.

Depends on how Morecambe play, I imagine his lack of defensive work is playing style related. A summary of Mellon from their fans: "Fantastic link-up play, strong work rate, scores all types of goals."

I don't think the stats are visible without paying for statsbomb or something like that, but I'd love to see the types of crosses these teams are putting in. I imagine Stevenage, Derby and Pompey are mixed crosses, probably mostly at head height, whereas a LOT of Peterborough's crosses are along the floor/cutbacks.

Would be surprised at this, he won't be leaving a fit player. Not expecting back from injury until next month at least and with 2/3 months out he'll need to be eased back in.
