Don’t think Q can accept anything for the stadium can they? That is for a separate deal to be made between buyer and the stadium owner. Not in Q’s remit, as I understand it?

Good fan base, decent stadium, 6 weeks to sort team, could be an exciting prospect for the right person.

That doesn't affect the fact they are valuable. Kelloggs is not valuable for making cereal; it is valuable because it is Kelloggs cereal.
DCFC have a large fan base. Founders of FL. History. etc.
You can't manufacture that anymore. That is the value.

Not quite. The club has good intangible assets. It has very poor tangible assets.
Out intangible assets die on liquidation, which is pretty unique in business - it is the reason you would otherwise FORCE liquidation. The football league have in a way helped us out by saying we wouldn't get Lg2 if liquidated.

And the League 2 promise seems to have disappeared now.
Quantuma need to accept a credible offer, and from what I can see it can only be Ashley or we risk a 4th failed buyer

possibly what HMRC will settle at.

The long list debts appear to be £75m.
HMRC 36
Stadium 24
Transfers 8.5
Administrators 3.5
Other creditors 3
The administrators can probably advise on likely settlement figures for each and then down to bidders to put in their own numbers.

We can easily survive -15 in L1. Then go the season after. MA would probably be okay with -15 and lose 12 months if it saves him £20m.

According to GofC the unsecured creditors are £3m and the 35% only applies to that. HMRC at £36m remains the biggest single creditor. Also the stadium debt, whoever owes that, £24m and the key to what happens with PP...

Creditors are not far off these figures:
HMRC - £36m
MSD - £24m
Transfer Fees - £8.4m
Administrators - £3.5m (estimate)
Unsecured Creditors - £3m
35% to unsecured creditors (£1m), whatever was agreed with HMRC (I'm guessing at 50% = £18m), and 100% of the rest.
£55m for the lot.
The 25% option would knock just £300k off the total. Doesn't make sense to do that when you can spread the payments out over 3 years instead.

Wonder if game 8 will be at home, that's the 5000th in the League.
