Last got into double figures when he was 26, he's now 33. Promising career fell away when should have entered peak years and kicked on. 
Should be looking at a younger player to be pushing Collins for a start with the potential to improve and increase value.

The confusing factor was last season post-not staying up.
It was right to sing we'll be straight back up (although too many syllables, it worked). It couldn't simply be we are going up at that point, as we were going down.
Now we are going up, so it should be, and we are going up.
If we go up, we keep it the same til we are promoted to the prem at which point it changes back to "we are staying up". I decree, this system will remain in place from this day forward.

This could surprisingly make plenty of sense, imagine we sold him with a 20% sell on fee or large add ons in terms of first team appearances, international appearances etc. 
Man city say we loan you him for season for no fee and no wages and we wipe the clauses away, couod potentially be worth far more to them than one loan fee.
