Log their 'activity', record the noise experienced in your place and send the files to the council. You shouldn't have to put up with that nonsense.

I had a similar experience in the first house I bought, the neighbours were both hairdressers and would watch Grease every Tuesday night at volume 11 and sing along with it until the early hours.... I tried everything I could to get them to stop... then one Saturday night they invited me over for a beer I think to kind of apologise....I went to the bathroom and peed in their shampoo that they used for their customers.

It didnt make the constant Grease sing along go away but it did make me laugh every time I was up listening to them..

Well seems funny to me every single time a take over about to happen something seem to put them off. And to me how refs or officials keep missing pentlies that should stand they dont seem to see or more like they look the other way.

And don’t forget that It rained in Derby before the Blackburn game…that has to be something to do with the EFL too and  I am also convinced the EFL are the ones that are picking the side not Rooney.

  3. I just travelled from the USA to UK for a week…interesting to compare the two countries.
I have to say I was amazed at how much everyone is talking about It over there, It seemed to be still the number one topic of conversation. The booster, the anti vax, the different tests, the NHS etc etc and yet no one was wearing a mask that i saw all week. I don’t hear a peep about It over here.
travelling over was so simple too, just filled out an app and i was away, a couple of tests that I did myself (so could have been done by anyone) and that was It and the plane was empty, I expect this will change from today now the border is reopened to America.

The problem with the way we amortised player values is it works if every transfer is a good one.  We did for every player we signed and it’s hard to justify signings like Anya, Blackman, etc losing a small amount in the first year, if anything it should have been the other way round.  That’s why a straight line is the preferred method as it averages out and allows for good and bad signings.  To use our method then you’d have to consider each signing individually for every year of their contract to get to a realistic value.

The problem with the way we amortised the players values was that It was a desperate business practice put through by a desperate business man trying desperately to cover up the fact that he had driven the business into the ground and It was bust.

This is getting rather bizarre, yes, so far only Mad Mel’s 12 administration points, which I have never denied, but as you well know, there are still points to be docked for the restated accounts, which they haven’t seen fit to disclose to us yet.

And they don’t need to disclose It…. It’s up to them, it’s their rules that we broke or didn’t

if you are accused of murdering someone you have no right to complain to the judge about the time It takes them to review the evidence…

They’re still holding that over us, along with a transfer embargo, I’m not really sure why you have a bee in your bonnet about it, it’s fairly simple.

So, the only points we have been docked so far are the 12 because Mad Mel put us in to administration because he couldn’t afford to let his bank account drop below a few hundred million…? Just those then.?

    Whatever, It's just common sense.

To keep their seat of power they have to pander to the majority of clubs, especially the most vocal of them.

The majority of clubs, especially the most vocal, the ones that could engineer a breakaway to start a Premier league 2 or vote them out of office, want us punished as much as possible, so the EFL will do their bidding.

One club (us) on it's own is just collateral damage.

I don't really think that the EFL are after the scalp of DCFC per se, just that we have unfortunately put our head above the parapet to get shot at.

Majority rules, and the majority see us as cheats that need punishing.

If I need to get my tin foil hat off, then you need to get your head out of the sand.

How many points have we been docked because we “cheated” roughly? You can round It up or down to the nearest 0 if you like…?

  8. I haven’t been to a Supers game for a couple of years and the one thing that struck me at Barnsley this week was the shear amount of little young vermin we have following this mighty club now.
is It that I have all of a sudden got really old…? I’m not so sure.
At Barnsley, they were horrible, vile little creatures….but was It exactly what I was like in the 80’s….probably?

Florida has gone from having one of the worst covid rates in the USA to one of the best after making monoclonal antibody treatments and vaccines widely and free to all.

    https://www.flgov.com/2021/10/27/florida-reaches-lowest-case-rate-in-the-nation/

Ha ha ha yeah… of course that is what happened…?
anyone believing anything that he has to say is as foolish as anyone believing anything the orange baffoon had to say too.
the reason the number of cases is dropping in Florida is simple, because no one ever gave a crap about It right from the start and no one wore masks or took any other precautions….and now they have all had It…nothing to do with De-Moron and his idiot friends.

Ther are a number of factors as to why Derby are where we are. I don't think there has been any "shenanigins", if anything the EFL are far more guilty of "shenanigins" in my view.

Mel Morris spent too much in players wages .. (although never more than about half the highest spenders in the EFL) had he not been  so silly with players wages he might have more in his pocket now when we needed someone to bail us out. But that was three years ago.

What has caused the current problem is COVID.

Because covid famously only happened in Derby…..?
