I agree. Some still think we're in the championship I think! Is this the reason Rosenior turned down Blackpool? Did Rooney have a word with him?

Rooney can do one. He was rubbish for us a a player and was eying Cocu’s job from the start.  He definitely never gave the Dutchman 100% which ironically is what he expected of his players. We barely survived relegation after an appalling run of results in his first season and presided over the longest run of away defeats in history is his second.
I fell for his man of the people routine but when it came to the crunch and his dream ownership team fell apart he was off-ski leaving us looking for a new manager needing to find a new squad and start from scratch.

How many games do you have to go to before you're allowed a opinion. 

I actually enjoyed a lot of the football last season,  played some good stuff and there was a great atmosphere at games. 
Also enjoyed watching our young players develop their game. 
I am wondering what some people are expecting this year, tbh? 

To be fair not everyone can go to games but there were enough on TV/Rams TV to have watched a good proportion without last season

Whoever comes in, I just hope he's still going to get that £20m transfer budget @B4ev6is has been hinting at.  
I'm rather enamoured by that thought now, if truth be told!  ?

Things have looked like they might have been turning a corner since before the start of last season when Rooney had to tell players who he'd expected to sign that he couldn't. He's had over a season of false promises. 
Morris and the administrators have a lot to answer for.
 

I just think he came back after his hols to be told by the administrators that he couldn't sign any players as we're still in administration and all his plans and hard work talking to players over the summer were blown away in that moment. 
He probably decided there and then he didn't need another season of that sort of s*** and quit on the spot. 
I don't blame him and all this talk of Dyche and tried and trusted League One managers is all just the same. Who is going to come here under the circumstances? 
Some of you need a reality check. 

Because at that time Kirchner was still on to get the club, he hasn't, so Rooney goes. Can't see any other reason
