Smalley Ram reacted to Ramarena in Match Thread: Leyton Orient (h)
This is good for our goal difference which could be hugely important.

Smalley Ram reacted to Ram-Alf in Are we pretending this isn't happening then?
Gypsies were kicked off the land that became the Baseball Ground, A Gypsies curse was put on Derby County that they would never win the FA Cup...3 attempts later 2 in the 1890s and one in 1903 being a 0-6 defeat to Bury and things were looking grim.
Move on to 1946 and those at DCFC seek out a Gypsy, They ask for the curse to be lifted, The resulting curse evaporated with a 4-1 win aet against Charlton Athletic.
Nope I don't believe in curses either 😁

Can't we just have one thread without any attacking of Warne? Not like you can't do it elsewhere!

That’s a strange one with Collo on a yellow and only just back from injury.

Got B4’s ashes with me (and a can of dark fruits). Husband is getting worried about the potential clean up 😂 There’s no way B4 would be missing this match

He’s not the brightest apple in the barrel that’s true. He’s not the sharpest banana in the washing basket either. I’d go as far as to say that he’s one strawberry short of a biscuit tin.

I think you're misremembering that, I had a season ticket there that season

As soon as QPR had a player sent off in the final I knew we'd struggle. The one thing that team (or maybe the tactics / style) couldn't seem to do was break down teams that "parked the bus", which is what had happened in the run of matches before the Florist match and again happened in the final.

I'd play him in a 3 but not in a 2 and maybe not at all at Pompey.
I know if it's 1-1 with 10 to go v Carlisle and the ball is dropping to the edge of the area, I know who I want from midfield on the end of it.

One mistake at Wembley then injudicious purchases.
It's interesting that in terms of play, many of us still hold that up as an example despite it only lasting 15 months.

I loved reading all the great stories of ten years' ago.
Hard to believe that silky smooth team ultimately didn't deliver for us. It's been a bumpy road ever since.
Maybe the grittier but effective fight of the current team will give us something to really celebrate this season instead.
Up the Rams!

Done, out of interest why Manchester United and the Rams?
I mean one is a giant of the beautiful game, arguably, one of the biggest names in world football and the other a shadow of its former self since Alex Ferguson retired

If warne got his tactics spot on, then why did he have to change it so drastically at half time?

Smalley Ram reacted to David in Paul Warne
I'm not here to challenge anyones opinions, they are what they are, let them be.
Personally I'm delighted with the job that Warne is doing, I think Dwight Gayles recent interview and the scenes at full time in front of a sell out crowd on Saturday show the togetherness of this team is a credit to the management team.
His style may seem a little unorthodox to some and it won't suit every player, yet it's working with what was assembled whilst scraping barrels under EFL's restrictions makes it even more of an achievement.
When you look at the likes of Sunderland, Leeds, Forest who came down here, to think we can be in and out in 2 seasons is truly remarkable given the state of the club.
Important to point out, the season isn't done, we still have 7 huge games to play before we can start to think about the Championship, although no matter what happens between now and May, I have seen significant improvement to be fully behind Warne next season regardless of what division we are in.

Multiple points of progress but it will never be enough for some 'fans'
