I would agree. I can imagine if I were a BW fan I would be feeling the pressure of “must winning”. So far the BW players have stood up under pressure well and I expect them to again today.

They certainly will have some motivation to avoid being drawn into relegation. Not a dead rubber for the Shrews.

Just checking where to sit, just in case on Wednesday.

My wife’s dad told her “the” Tom Jones was a relative. She was 20 when we got together, the look on her face when I asked her dad about it.. 😀

Did the Lisbon half marathon a few weeks ago and extended the stay for a bit of tourism. We stayed in Bairro Alto, which is nice. But went over to Alfama more than once for food including a wander round the castle near there.

Top half champ teams don’t usually have grade A players in all positions. Good solid pro’s who know their jobs can do an excellent job supporting a small core of top talent.

The main problem is the “Northampton Syndrome”. Losing/failing to win games that if football was only played in theory then we would win them. I think it will boil down to being ruthless with the goal scoring chances that come our way. The defence should keep it down to one per game conceded.

I am just expecting a kick in the balls and playoffs to try (in vain) to reduce the disappointment.

In all fairness it could be interesting. Good opportunity for Friday morning pi$$ take is too good to miss though.
