Personally cant see anyway out of this at all . Boro and Wyc want there claims settling , the EFL  have taken there side with a boro board member on board . It doesnt seem we can do anything about that or get local media INCLUDING RADIO Derby to shout about this absolute conflict of interest  or any radio station like talksport . It seems the EFL are the new jimmy saville untouchable right now but their time will come, but poss to late for us . 
The only way is for admins to go to court over how the efl is operating this takes time so the investers drop out and again gibbo wins . 
This is brewing into a powder keg of extreme anger and when it does the EFL have only themselvesto blame . 
I do personally think Ashley being the man he is and how he is portrayed is looking a bit naff not now riding in on a guaranteed winning bet taking us over because he obviously wants those claims out of the way first . A man like him can have Gibsons lawyers looking stupid in court and poss come out of it making gibbo pay for court costs . Im surprised he isnt picking up the gauntlet its a guaranteed way of getting the fans to sing his praises and love him forever . The media would love this and would start digging for any scandal and dirt.

Agreed this is an absolute disgrace . 
The EFL combined with Middlesboro and Wycombe and middlesboro have someone sitting on the efl panel are coming together to sink Derby . 
The fact that boro and wycombe believe they have a case ( i can see their point ) but its not against Derby its against the EFL who didnt deal with Derby in the appropriate year . Their case is with and against the EFL not Derby as a club . 
Surely someone on the Derby side has to go to the high court with this it cant be left to be judged by the efl who have their own self interests in this . One they are not going to admit that they themselves have done wrong and they have an interested party on their panel . 
Its unbelievable and all the press seem to want to print is shock horror Derby , Rooney blah blah , when they should be concentrating on the real story here its totally and utterly shocking .

I have mentioned how do we have a middleboro man on the panel judging us via the EFL AND WHY ARE WE BEING PUNISHED AND NOT the EFL who should have punished Derby in the correct year .
