If he can't beat Ruiz once in two goes he doesn't deserve to be champ. You're bang on right, though, the person who beat AJ that night in MSG was not Ruiz but Wilder - he psyched Joshua totally into trying to match like for like what he did against Breazele and it - quite literally - blew up in his face. Will be so interesting to see if AJ has learnt how to move a bit (he makes Bruno look like Kirklaind Laing at times) and if he can plan a fight a bit like he did the Parker fight. I have to say I am nervous and I do think AJ has slipped seriously down the rankings - from number one to behind at least Fury and Wilder even after the win. A year ago I thought he was going to rule this division for years, now I'm not even sure he will ever be unified champ.

Sadly the RD coverage on the internet is blocked by the EFL as soon as the game kicks off. Then it's broadcast via the DCFC website only. Thats the way I can pick it up when I'm at work (in Nottingham) £5 a month (!)

Hasn't proved me wrong at all - always thought he was a useful Championship mid-table striker and that is exactly what he is at the moment. There's a place in the team for him if we are content with this league.
To the OP, I had big hopes for Marriott - really struck me as the next Bobby but just hasn't happened for him in the way I really wanted it to (one game aside of course!). So, to the question - no endearment for any team member.
That said, I'm a few years into this thing called life - if I admitted having feelings for most of our squad I'm more likely to get interviewed by Emily Maitlis than anything else.

Nope, can't agree with either the logic or conclusion in that one - 16 year olds potentially have 60 years or so to live with the impact of who they vote for. Brexit is being implemented based on the majority of the dead, that should be all we need to know on that one.
If drving ability is the measure let's just make Lewis Hamilton the Prime Minister and be done with it.

House building has to be one of the easiest ways to boost the economy going. You hire the builder, who hires the subbies, who buy the bricks, so the subbies uses his wages to take his wife out for a meal and the restaurant owner buys fresh produce to cook, pays the waiter, who spends it on a new video game, and so on. The building merchant, electrician, plumber, van hire company, steel toe cap boot manufacturer and everyone else gets in on the action.
It moves so much money through the system, which is why all parties are focusing on it, as opposed to something like quantitative easing where you print a load of money that banks put into long term investment funds and the money isn't seen for five years.

That's the multiplier effect and it would be true if we had enough workers in the building trade to build the houses that all parties are promising.
In reality we'll have to import hundreds of thousands of migrant workers who will likely send much of that money back home and the benefit is lost or at least hugely diluted.
Training native workers will take time, so I can't see any of the parties achieveing anything like their objective in their first term.
John McDonnell was saying this morning that Labour will need to talk to councils and get them to start building ASAP. Trouble is, those councils have very little or no recent in-house experience of building on anything like this scale. Again, this will take a long time to get the infrastructure in place.
Whoever wins, I don't expect much to really change in the first 2 years, They're all being unrealistic.

Amen to that. I despised Thatcher, Tebbitt, Joseph with every fibre in my body but at least they were good politicians - cold, heartless and ruthless - but they had a plan, could put forward an argument and make a case. I kind of miss them....

George Foreman, Rocky Marciano, Earnie Shavers are three that might have a discussion to have with you on that. I think Wilder is starting to build up, as you suggest, one of those false zero records. Calzaghe started with a record that didn't always stand up to scrutiny, the Lacy fight changed all of that. As you say, Wilder is messy but the guy can bang and I only recall one fight (the first Ortiz one) where he was inches from being out of there. Against Fury he sure was down on the cards but elsewhere he hasn't had a Wallinn type cut, he hasn't got floored off a fat Mexican coz he didn't feel right. He's a mess of a fighter but he's keeping it together (with a little help from his friends, I admit)

And might explain why the Tories failed to deliver on their similar promise.
Besides, once we've sent them all back we'll have room for all (liebensraum as you might say). Which is just as well coz all the people who were going to build the houses will be gone.

Last night I went out for dinner with the family. We ordered too much and got some boxed up to take home. On the way back to the car I saw a young girl sleeping on the street so offered her the box, which she was grateful for. I don't know what happened to her to end up there last night on the street but I can assure you it was piggin' cold and she most certainly was not there because she was one of your fecking idle tossers.
Our problem, on both sides, is that we are divided by stereotypes. You can quote Benefits Street to me all day long, and I can post charts showing the lost taxes from global company outstripping benefits paid, or the contributions of immigrants compared to NHS payments they draw (I know you weren't referring to immigrants but still).
My point is that both sides let the headline take them. I don't know you KK but I really don't believe you want to starve people back to work, no matter what quip you might throw back as reply to this. And I don't really want Boris dead in a ditch, though looking for a new job would be acceptable.
Surely we have to get to a place where we are not scared to care for those who have fallen on harder times, as you say the old and disadvantaged, or maybe not had the opportunities we have all had (whether because it is where they are born, families they come from or - God forbid - mistakes they may have made in their lives). Surely?
