Teams looking to get promotion will not be happy with a point at Cheltenham for Gods sake.

At times it's like he's watching a completely different game and he's rarely able to justify his answers with any quantitative or strong qualitative analysis. It always reminds me of someone who's been caught out not doing their background research and saying something on the fly.

You say this every week. At what point do the poor performances not become acceptable? If it was up to you, Nigel Clough would probably still be here.
Outside the playoffs is completely unacceptable. Any competent manager (frankly, even Nigel Pearson) would have this team top two. And I mean anyone. Genuinely, sack Paul Warne and stick a steward in charge and we’ll be doing better. It’s almost impressive how bad a job he’s doing.

I will always go to games but this season is a struggle to get the motivation to go tbh. It’s like being invited to a relatives party you don’t like and you need to show your face for a bit. To not have a single shot on target since Peterborough apart from 2 penalties is criminal.

what the hell he has done in 2 weeks training is beyond me. In fact we might aswell scrap training because all we are doing is getting players injured and practicing kicking the ball 60 yards.

I can take bad football and winning.
I can take good football and losing.
We’ve got neither, there seems to be no direction, no plan and no improvement.
Warne is a fraud and needs to go.

He'd probably be putting the crosses in. I'm just amazed that after his two short cameos at this level he easily looks as good as Collins. He's smarter, faster and more skilful (ffs what?!), can't see we've anything to lose from giving him a 1 year deal.

Well actually there was an uplift wasnt there…. Quite an epic one which at one point had us all dreaming of catching the running away with it top 2
but then the toils of having the smallest squad in the league took its toll
funny what people chose to ignore and remember

It wasnt a pen, their guy impeded white , who fell and as he does u can see he catches their guy but the initial point of contact was their guy on white
Tell u now VAR disallows that call by the ref.. after 20 minutes and 342 views of it lol

I think we still have a squeak because Peterborough have to go to Barnsley on the last day and play Ipswich before that. Warne’s biggest problem is lack of goalscorers - perhaps Sibley could be the one to help McGoldrick ?

We look so much better when we play with the ball on the floor, all our positive play today was from passing the ball from the defence and using the passing ability of our midfielders. Yet we seem to spend half the time slinging the ball for Collins or Mcgoldrick in the air when neither of them ever look like winning it, doesn’t make sense

Regardless of the exact attendance, it's likely to be something like the 6th highest attendance in the country today, even with nearly a full Premier League and Championship fixture list.
DCFC = truly remarkable fans 👏👏

50 of us from Chadd went down by coach, Stopped at a boozer at the back of Wembley,,,The Greyhound, After a few beers and some chat we were attacked by what seemed 100s of Hammers fans, We took a beating and were saved by the Old Bill, With cuts and bruises we were put back on the coach to park up at Wembley.
We saw the Hammers fans leaving around 10mins before the end of the game, Little did we know they were heading for our end, And to our surprise we were met with a volley of bricks and bottles, Our top lad...K O'Riely stood on the steps of Wembley and was swinging, Our lot were at the top of the stairs a little wary of what was down below, Do we take a kicking from the Hammers just once or take a kicking from O'Riely in town for weeks on end, The latter wasn't an option...so our lot joined in and  around a couple of minutes later the whole of Derbyshire Miners came out of the ground...just like uncorking a bottle of Champaign, Game on, What started as WHUs day...ended being DCFCs day...to quote a famous Norwegian commentator...your boys took one hell of a beating.
There was no Inter City Firm or DLF back then, But WHU did have a crowd called the Mile End Boys who were seen off by scaffolding planks and poles, A really hot summers day, A dust bowl to boot with the Police not knowing how to handle this melee.
Bill Gardner in his book admits that DCFC took the day.

Great to see the pressure Knight, Barkhuizen and Collins put on the Barnsley defenders. Looks easy but really do need some good collaboration! This team starts to look like a proper TEAM, got to love it!

I wonder if he will try either Rooney or Roberts in the middle in Cashin’s absence?
Forsyth and Stearman too slow as a pair.

I like dobbin as I said in my post so please don’t get the wrong idea. I thought the drive for the pen was special. He hit the turbo charge just when he needed to. But tbh if he’d made it past the defender his angle was not the best to capitalise.
the assist for the goal I can hardly remember but I think it was a very modest display of skill. Credit to Sibley for finding that space, it was a simple pass. Messy deflected shot though compared to theirs, it could be their goal of the season

Dobbin made the bye line several times and failed to make a simple cut back to a man in dangerous space. He’s still learning.

I do realise it’s nice for him to be motm. I’m just saying there were probably 4 other more worthy winners

We wouldn’t have scored them under Rosenior. There was a “shock & awe” aspect to our opening 20 minutes and disagree therefore about defensive howlers:
    1. 1st goal was really about NML power just nicking the ball off the toe of the defender - not a howler.
    2. Goal #2 - a simple tap-in; noted that Rovers had no defenders on the posts from our corners which is indeed school-boy error-level tactics.

    3. Goal #3 again was about NML power stealing possession not an error
    4. Goal #4 was about McG ghosting the defender and stealing the ball - again we would not have scored under Rosenior.
Sorry to disagree but I rate Warne especially his simple approach to what is a simple game made complex by young men with coaching badges and a point to prove.

Your post makes the assumption that Derby playing well and Bristol Rovers playing badly were mutually exclusive - have you ever considered that Rovers played badly as we were playing so well and putting them under pressure and pressing then at every opportunity?
Haven't we been punished for defensive howlers this season? Forgot about Ipswich away so quickly? This isn't La Liga you know it's League 1 where the majority of the goals come from defensive mistakes.
Your post comes across as extremely churlish and petty, give Warne credit when it's due as I'm sure they'll be more than enough opportunity for you to slag him in the future.
