He’s fine for when we’re dominating and passing the ball around. But he’s a passenger when we’re out of possession and in a physical battle.
His legs have gone this season in terms of sprinting. He still puts a shift in but in a foot race he doesn’t win many.

But we are short of firepower right now. Definitely not the future, unlikely we could pay anything close to what he wants but then again I very much doubt any other club is going to except as a massive gamble.
If he wants to play for us because it’s close to home and he wants to keep fit and he’s getting near the end of his career, I’d happily give him a 6 month deal at normal squad pay with a promo bonus. Pretty sure that’s similar to what Waggy has. 
Warne is much maligned but along with DC I bet we aren’t handing out sweeties, long contracts to older players. They are doing a job for a specific objective. We won’t go anywhere and can’t look anywhere long term while we are in this league and still under the eye of the EFL. So of necessity deals will be pragmatic.

Cant agree with you about Hourihane, he literally walks around the pitch with his hand constantly like 🖐 telling everyone to slow down.
He's a complete passenger and the sooner he is off the wage bill the better for me.

We are winning this in spite of Warne. We are winning simply because we have better players, and it has been the case many times this season.

If Warne can’t see the issue Hourihane causes after that then he never will. Now is the time to make the change. Drop him. We need energy and movement.

And Warne claims we played well ..... he needs to take more personal responsibility. 

Barks, NML, Birdy, Tommo, Hourihane, Sibley, Fozzy, Cashin, Nelson, Wilson, Wildsmith, Washington, Waggy are all capable of passing a football at this level.

I think i read a post Saturday in the last 31 games we have amassed 44 points 
That is 1.42 points a game approx that if it continues will get us in the region of 65pts come the end of the season,going by the final league table last year that puts us around 10th 
If anyone on here thinks thats ok and Warne is doing a good job then god help us

Warne has had enough time. It's quite obviously not good enough.
