A slight exaggeration I make it about 20 points deficit due to dodgy  ref decisions. Mind you about the same last season so we should still be in Championship without the ref anti Derby bias. 

All and sundry from fans (incl a Wendy mate of mine) to retires refs to pundits all say no penalty so no red.
Not seen comment anywhere on this incident on 87 minutes and 19 seconds. The Wendy player has hold of Fozzy's shirt with both hands. Fozzy's shirt is halfway up his back. The ref is looking straight at it. Gave nothing but 2 seconds later penalised Fozzy because, when he got back up, the Wendy fell over. To me, this is far more of a penalty than the one they were given. Travesty. Also the guy holding Foz isn't even looking at the ball. Another defender has hold of Dobbin and is also not interested in the ball...
 

One of the many very annoying things about yesterday was that in the two games against Wednesday this season although they just beat us on aggregate, (0-0 at PPS and 1-0 yesterday) we were the better teams in both games. The ref made a double howler first in awarding the penalty and secondly in the sending off. Without that I think we would have won yesterday and probably beaten Wednesday in the play offs too.
Yet another chapter in the long story of near misses over the last 10 years.

Reading, Wigan and Blackpool going down, two of those sides are in financial trouble.
Hopefully Sheff Wed go up.
Then next season we can be genuine top two contenders with Barnsley, Bolton, Blackpool and Posh the likely challengers.
A few improvements this summer and next season could be a memorable one.

Sums it up Kevin. Our failure this season was due to the games against MK Dons Fleetwood, Shrewsbury, Lincoln and so on. And I really would have expected us to get at least a win or two from the top 14 away from home. 
Warne’s one thing on his Cv is he’s got 3 promotions out of League one. It was a very big ask to get into autos this year especially ally given the form of the top 3. But to not even get into the playoffs is a failure from Warne of epic proportions

Dave how many points do you think we have lost this season due to dodgy ref decisions . It must be 20 plus by my reckoning. I can't actually think of any the other way either. 10 penalties against  is it something like that only 1 or 2 were actually penalties. 2 disallowed goals for us(wrongly). Quite  a few penos we should have had but didn't.  Loads of offside goals against us as well. Plymouth game alone I think there were two.

The way I read it is I expected this season to be a challenge as it would take new players time to blend. So for Warne to take us from 7th when we were still trying to blend players together to 7th at end of season is a pretty spectacular  failure by Warne.
