The old adage of turning defeats into draws and draws into wins. With the likes of Exeter, Morecambe, Shrewsbury and Fleetwood - we did the "if you can't win, don't lose" but now we need them turning into wins. A few quality additions and the injured crop back in the squad, it'll look on paper very good.

The biggest example that sticks with me is the year that Villa, weren't playing fantastically well all season. Massively underperforming.
Got DS in, won a few games on the bounce and went up the same year. It is about repeating good performances and being consistent. No matter what league, it works in all of them.

Not sure what people expected from tommo in 10 minutes.

The forum is getting back towards normal.
Mixed quality wrist slashing vibes mixed with occasional delusion is kind 9f what it's always been.
Whenever we have a manager who is focused on technical possession the forum is flooded with crys for strong man hard work tough direct proper football manager and whenever we have a manager who demands hard work and has a more direct approach the forum is flooded with crys of terrible football, awful to watch etc.

Agree totally. Chance to play at Ibrox every other week, Celtic Park 4 times a season and some European football too. I'd take a little less to go to Rangers if I was him.
