The way we have exited 3 cup competitions have all been dire - incompetent and indifferent. Fortunately the league games tell a different story outcome-wise

Worry about it if we are lucky enough to get there.

Yes, and but for a defensive mishap that you are unlikely to see in several seasons, our unbeaten run would have continued.
It mystifies me what energises posters of negative bile

No learning in it,he gambled on an experienced and improved first half side to control and hold onto the game...with the intention of fresh legs later on.
It very nearly paid off but didn't this time.
We still gained more points over the period than Peterborough don't forget.
To be fair,he could have gone the other way and the usual moaners would still have appeared to wring their hands in disbelief.

I said straight away on the final whistle at Oxford, that performance will have taken so much out of us, to attack relentlessly like that for 90 minutes was bound to take its toll.
I think the tactics were right today, we were 30 seconds from keeping our unbeaten run going against probably the hardest team we could have played.
Hopefully our next few games will give us an easier run and we can go on another unbeaten run.

But for me, entertainment is not about statistics, or solely what happens on the pitch, it's about sharing the experience with my family and a community of like minded people, singing daft songs, bouncing, being swept up in the emotion of it all. I don't care about expected goals, percentage of this and that, I just like living in the moment, sometimes good, sometimes bad. That's what it's about for me.

Results get you promotion, performance is a poor second because its is often judged from lofty unrealistic heights.
Perhaps it is not just Warne that is learning but some fans also, with a welcome change of tone, not that I am accusing you of anything.

Unfortunately we live in a world with far too many people that want everything now, and have little respect for anything. Straight to the jugular to criticise anything after an event, but these people are usually the same people that say nothing in a workplace when planning events, planning work and are all over it, if anything fails to live up to expectation. “oh you should have done this, he should have done that, she should have done that etc, but these are the same people that offer absolutely nothing when the workplace asks them at the planning events, planning meetings for the work, with ideas, recommendations, lessons learned, solutions that would help make the event or work successful.
I can see when David Clowes and Paul Warne joined that both have and will get the good good people into Derby County Football Club and have and will make it successful because the people around them stand up and contribute at all the planning meetings and events because good people have patience, respect, and commitment to work in all areas of the club, community to build and when certain results are not achieved or met at certain times, the good good people work together, they don’t go straight for anyone’s jugular and hang them out to dry or terminate their contracts or make them redundant, they look at the bigger picture and concentrate on all the positives achieved so far, and work together to eradicate any negatives they can see as a team and make the improvements individually, collectively and as a team with respect, patience, support and good will.
So I’ll continue to love and support David Clowes, Paul Warne, James Collins and everyone that wears the Derby County Ram with Pride & Respect. 🖤
PS…..Absolutely p1ssing it down today with strong winds in Aberdeenshire, trees down all over the place, trains cancelled, but I certainly will not criticise anyone or anything for the weather, it’s weather it’s what weather can do, it’s not sunny everyday in the UK, it’s weather, and the weather also has to be respected, and with patience, and trust in the good good people that have to try and make it a successful and safe place for us all to enjoy our lives, that is what I will do 🐏 🖤 🌞

If we was talking about the odd game being lucky, I may see your point.
However it’s a run of 8 games, lucky to score 18 and concede just 3 yet it’s the next 2 that would swing it?
Look at the 10 game form someone posted earlier, even with the defeat we still top the table.
Bit unfair at this stage not to give credit where credit is due.

Wilson isn't perfect, but I think we lose so much when he doesn't play. His ability to drive at players makes a huge difference. I'd always play him if available.

The elbow was clear for all to see! But before then we scored and had a gilt edged chance for a second. Luck doesn't come into it

sunnyhill60 got a reaction from LeedsCityRam in B4 - for ever a Ram 🐏
Watching the Full 90, there was a wonderful tribute in the commentary to B4. Instead of seeing the football from the 38th minute the focus was on the fans showing their appreciation. A great send-off!!
