I was under the impression that Kirchner’s plan was to pay back 35p to the £ over 3 years to creditors?

100% agree with that. If is it liquidation or -15 I’ll take -15. It will just sting knowing our new “saviour” has the financial clout to ensure it doesn’t happen.
Yet again, all depends on whether this deal Mel/Clownes has struck is transferable to any other party interested.
