If you want to sum up the Derby situation, there’s far too many people trying to take advantage and make the situation work to their own ends. Be it Morris+Pearce, Gibson, the EFL, @_derby5hire, the sports minister, black and white together, Stratford and Cook, Nixon, the administrators, Kirchner, Mike Ashley, the Binnies etc etc etc. 
In the background a club is being left to run itself into oblivion whilst the fans, it’s manager and it’s players can only look on.

Yep and it makes you wonder if him riding in to save the club from Gibson was more about being able to get his money off the hook for the stadium or as much of it as he could

As much as I'd like to be positive my natural pessimism takes over, to tell me we're duck. This feeling is compounded by the resent actions of the EFL. After more than 9 months of the EFL  putting any and every obstacle in the way of a new owner taking control of the club. They now cry crocodile tears while saying they want to help. It all sound like they are trying their best to distance themselves  from any blame for when the club is liquidated.

Minus 15 won’t be down to the new owner at all. It will be down to MM like everything has. 
 
Why should a new owner pay circa £50-60 mil for something worth half that?

My depressing guesstimate is that we've got until the fixtures come out to prove we can build a squad and fund it for the season else its, bye bye.

I don’t know enough about them to comment, probably along with most Derby fans.
All I’m saying is people should wait for the facts before saying they hope his business fails.
I’m certain he would have bought us if he could.

If there is another party headed by Appleby that can come in and buy the club, I really hope it happens. I've had a general mistrust of Kirchner ever since he popped up. I was hoping to be proved wrong, but ever since then I've gone on to trust him less.

He revels in the spotlight until he's asked what's happening when things aren't going his way. At which point he 'no comments' it...no comment?! You've been flapping your trap enough when fans are all over you on Twitter!

If it's the choice between CK or the death of the club, take it.

If it's the choice between CK or some more proven, sensible owners, take that. Even if it means a hold up and losing some players.

Players come and go. A bad owner can be a bitch to get rid of once in place, as we know too well. 

Most likely in a few years all the truth will come out about the admins. They are still heavily influenced by a certain man connected to the club

My favourite thing about that EFL statement is how they completely skate over the fact they also approved the CK deal and did their own due diligence.

When is anyone in football actually going to step up and say - what the hell is this mess and how has Derby County been allowed to be messed around with by so many cowboys for so long?? Honestly, from MM to all the failed takeovers, to Q, how has so many inept people got involved in this club in a short space of time? It really beggars belief. 

Yeah, absolutely. I dare say Ashley will try to get summat on the cheap if he can. No doubt it won’t be as simple as I made out and will take forever again.
On a positive, at least we maybe coming towards the conclusion. No bank holidays upcoming either. The golden share must be at stake soon? 
 
I’m not sure I trust CK. If he’s having difficulty now, how is he going to fund us long term? 

London and Football has been awash with "questionable" money from numerous "Questionable" individuals from numerous "questionable" countries, running into £billions....Kirchner is involved in sporting sponsorship across different continents, the minute he tries to send funds to purchase DCFC, suddenly the Authorities find the red tape draw...........what a surprise.

Three with another as a much underused sub. In fact they were all underused for England.

I never agreed with his arrival and the way he took over from Phillip Cocu. But I hope he doesn’t leave as he has been magnificent for Derby over the past 9 months.
