Badly needs to practice his long range shooting. Bobby Charlton drew a 2 foot square on a brick wall 30 yards away and hit it regularly and didn’t look into the heavens while striking it.

Meanwhile a 3rd tier game with 1500 away fans from Peterboro and a population approaching 270k shows that Brian Clough was right,,,Derby is a footballing Town

As above, some have made up their mind and nothing Derby do under PW will change that.
 
No coincidence that the post count increases quite considerably for some posters when we lose. Having said that I hated way Rowett played, however still didn't want him sacked, would rather he was successful because that means we are 😊

Just on this one point, I felt this recent run was better than the run last season.
There’s probably something statistically that disproves my feelings on it, but my impression is last season it was an unbeaten run which lasted a while but included a lot of draws whereas the 9 game spell we just had included consistently winning home and away, a sort of relentless accumulation of points over a shorter period rather than just avoiding defeat for ages, if that makes sense? 

I'm of the opinion that if you're calling for the manager's head, or voicing more negativity than anything else, then you're not united behind the team. Actively contributing to the negative dialogue that we have proof the players themselves see doesn't feel too supportive to me- but that's just my take.

Two problems with that
(1) we've already got a perfectly good manager
(2) Rooney isn't one

Warne got the changes spot on tonight, and I've got a lot of humble pie to eat. Right players at the right times and didn't they just make the difference?!
Oxford looked very poor with the exception of Brannigan, but we didn't give them the chance to play out from the back and they dropped deeper and deeper as we crushed them with constant pressure.
We weren't at our fluent best, but for 70 minutes we absolutely battered a top 6 team away from home and nobody can say we didn't deserve the win.
