  1. Poor old frustrated Oodledoodle Couldn't satisfy Mrs Oodles poodle Even though he gave it a rub He'd spent too long in the pub So instead he just gave her a coodle
  2. @DarkFruitsRam7? and @May Contain Nuts
  3. Is that really true or are you in the land of make believe again @jono? 😉
  4. It's spelt bald. He tries to hide it with a hat most times though.
  5. I was gutted for us and him when I saw him moving gingerly and frustratingly pulling his shirt over his head. I knew then and there his race was run. Typical of our luck I thought. However kudos to Warne and his staff. They turned this massive negative into a positive. It allowed us to get an extra man into midfield as we were getting a bit over-run in there. However we have to hope and pray that it's not as bad as it looked. We need a fit Dwight Gayle if we are to capitalise on the position we find ourselves in. 🤞
  6. We gave him far too much time and respect when he was in possession as they built from the back. We did exactly the same in the reverse fixture. Every time he got the ball he was allowed to stride out unchallenged and gain 10/15 yards of ground. It happened so often I could only conclude that it was a deliberate tactic by us to drag him out of position and then press him. It didn't really work to our advantage and I would have liked to see us press him sooner and put him under some pressure. I think we would have gotten more change out of him that way. He had a relatively easy afternoon in that respect.
  7. Apologies if any of this is a repeat of what's already been said but haven't had time to catch up with the thread yet. Firstly hats off to Bolton, thought they came and had a decent go. They are probably licking their wounds wondering how they didn't go home with something from that game. I won't begrudge them that as they were much improved from the reverse fixture. Wasn't that impressed with them that day. Having said all that I don't want to take away from the shift all of the boys put in. Cashin, Fozzy and Nelson in particular were immense. Fozzy quite rightly the MoM. To put in that level of performance after being out so long was beyond impressive. Big shout out to Wildsmith too. Two world class saves gave us a platform on which that victory was built. Absolutely buzzing with that result. Won't be getting much sleep tonight as my adrenaline levels are off the scale.. Trying my best not to get carried away as there will be more twists and turns yet but we are firmly in the driving seat. Every club in that division barring Pompey would love to be in our position right now. You beautiful bloody Rams. You've caused us all so much heartache over the years but it just makes moments like this all the sweeter.
  8. Had to ask for a cushion at full time to hide my modesty as it was beginning to show.
  9. Forgot to turn my work alarm clock off so I've been awake since 5am. Gonna have to run on pure adrenaline today now after not getting my full allocation of beauty sleep. Don't leave me deflated for the long drive home Derby. My life is in your hands. COYR we can do this.
  10. I'm glad you all find my stance amusing. You set of f*@#ing c#*ts. 😉
  11. Cheers @Warren Blufitt and @Wanderlust. It's always interesting to hear opposition fans views. Obviously I don't follow your boys too intently so it surprises me to hear that Dempsey has been surpassed by others. That tells me it's gonna be imperative that we win that midfield battle tomorrow. The game is gonna be won and lost in there. We don't tend to overplay it in the centre of the park but it will be all about who has the desire and hunger to land on those second balls. I do worry though that this may be one game too many in such a short period for some of our older players. We do however have some very good options from the bench if their adrenaline doesn't pull them through.
  12. I thought a key battle in this one would be if Ebou Adams could stifle the threat of Kyle Dempsey. Dempsey has been a thorn in our side in recent battles and seems to dictate the play for Bolton. Interestingly though he was only on the bench for them midweek. Could some of the visiting Bolton fans( @Wanderlust or @Warren Blufitt) on here shed any light on why? Was it a case of resting him for Saturday or was he dropped?
  13. To be fair he has grounds to be aggrieved. We've had our fair share of those feelings.
  14. Scruffy win in the end with a helping hand from a ref that owed us one. We don't need to win in style every week at this crucial stage of the season. We'll take that and hopefully we've saved our best for Saturday.
  15. Even the ball boy is trying to win a free kick now. Nice dive son.
  16. Their keeper having a Wildsmith moment and then making a late claim for an Oscar. Too late son, they've already been awarded like our pen.
  17. Loves a red card this ref. Thankfully not for us this time.
  18. Unlucky not to be in front. Sibs should have scored or at the very least made the keeper make a save. Cashin a midges nudger away. Been a bit disappointed with Ward. Seems to be playing it too safe. A few times he's gone backwards when I thought he could have drove at them. Patience required, a chance will come our way. We just have to be clinical when it does.
  19. To the tune of The Kinks-Dedicated Follower of Fashion. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://m.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DTQAR-nx4w88&ved=2ahUKEwjO7t6fq--EAxX-V0EAHZXFAigQwqsBegQIGxAG&usg=AOvVaw3LtB1bd2Jme40whwGHhKcq They seek him here, they seek him there. His Wang is long but never bare It will make or break him but he's definitely the best And we are dedicated followers of Cashin. Oh yes we are, oh yes we are...
