I’ve been on the forum tonight and there’s adverts across the bottle of the screen. Is this now a regular thing? It’s very intrusive.

It’s the whole thing about “if he goes to look, he overturns”. Which I don’t understand. Just get him to look to make sure. It seems nonsensical.

Before Rooney joined we were absolute s**** and only just outside the relegation zone. Our form improved massively from January onwards and we were on the cusp of the playoffs before lockdown

Congratulations to Newcastle but the way their fans go on, you'd think they're the only club to have had hard times.
Ashley wasn't even that bad as far as owners go. When they went down to the Champo they came back up with 100+ points, they signed a £40m player under him and he sold them onto billionaires. Try having an owner who separates the club's assets from the club, does questionable accounting, withdraws funding and tries to sell the club to crypto fraudsters or fake sheikhs!
And Mel was at least acting (in his mind) in Derby's best interests. Try having an owner who literally robs the club like at Bury, the chap at Luton who tried to destroy the club and got them a 30 point deduction and the guy at Wimbledon who moved the team to another town!

The whole matter is extremely distasteful and the Cardiff directors should have a grain of moral decency to know when to draw a line under the matter.
Am sure Sala's family are loving this bickering being played out in the national media.
Cardiff should just do the right thing and stump up the transfer money they owe to Nantes then move on.

Usually I’d go for chesterfield as they’re a Derbyshire club but I think any team that gets 100points+ in a season should be promoted (I think it’s ridiculous that only 1 team goes up automatically in that league).

Also I quite like Notts County. They’re black & white too and hate the red lot as well so surely that counts for something?! Plus their stadium is better than the one next to the Trent too.

That Juventus shirt is awful (it looks even worse from the back). I bet Notts County’s version will be better (and cheaper too). I like the Liverpool shirt though.

Watching this just makes it feel worse that we didn't get in the playoffs. Would have had a right chance over two legs. Scratching my head at how Wednesday got that many points. Everytime I've seen them this season they've been distinctly average. Thought we were the better side against them last week also.

We can only blame ourselves. We are one of the best teams at creating chances in the league and one of the worst at converting them.
Blame refs and the EFL if you want. Come up with an imaginary conspiracy theory if it helps.
This was our own fault. Nobody elses.

It’s not all down to Sky, it’s mainly the EFL’s incompetence and the blackout rule still being in place. In this day and age it’s ridiculous. Sky will of course get around this by showing more matches at different times instead. As others have said the DAZN deal would’ve been better as for fans in the main.
It’s like the EFL have taken the safe option with Sky rather than going for a better deal with someone else.

    This is a crap deal.
The DAZN offer of all matches streaming at 3pm Saturday would have been so much better for football.
    The EFL are idiots.

The away area at their ground is horrendous. As a wheelchair user we have to access the away end through the home concourse. The only disabled toilet for the stand is in the home end too. A really bad design (I know fellow fans that refuse to go there). The fact that having both sets of fans in that lower tier is deemed acceptable is a joke.
I’m apprehensive about Sunday as the wheelchair platform is in the lower tier with the Wednesday fans. I haven’t experienced that at Hillsborough (the lower tier has been empty or had Derby fans in there whenever we’ve played there in recent times).

I don't know whether to laugh or be angry about that. The number of times we've seen referees behaving like tourists this season is staggering.
I've yet to see a better ref at pp this season than the woman we had a few games ago. Professional, unlike some of the incompetent little fanboys we've had.

Quite right. Man Utd paid 30m for an 18 year old in 2004. Nearly 60m in todays terms. Ok, he turned out to be good value in the long run but it still inflated  prices like City have.

Although i  have lived in Derbyshire for all of my adult life and I am a rams supporter I was born and brought up in Burton and I have a huge fondest for the place, I was born in a nursing home between the breweries and the marmite factory and I have always associated the 'smell' with home. My family still live nearby and though my first team is Derby I maintain an interest and a pride in the brewers. I look after my mum and I travel through Burton 4 days a week. It may well be looking run down at present, but show me a town centre which isn't. It's my home town and seeing it sneered at on this thread makes me sad. It isn't a joke at all and this negativity is nasty.

I have no animosity at all towards Burton Albion, in fact when they’re not playing us I like to see them doing well. The difference between how I feel about Burton Albion and how I feel about the gumps is enormous. I don’t know any Rams fans who’s feelings aren’t similar.
Surely people can see that most of the negativity in this thread is joking?
