Sheikh n Bake got a reaction from Russell Ram in At What Point Do You Cancel Your Season Ticket?
You do also realise it's under his tenure that he's got us into the position we are now? Let's not paint him a hero for funding his self inflicted mess.

Interested to hear peoples thoughts about at what point do you decide enough is enough and you cancel your season ticket? There will always be those who say they'll fork out £500 a season because in their eyes they're the most loyal supporter...of which you're a chairman's dream!
Me personally, I refuse to be served up a poo sandwich. I won't be committing my money to watch a bunch of kids turn out and get turned over week in week out if we fail to invest in the playing squad. I don't think that makes me a glory supporter... but I don't think I'll have the right to complain each week if I buy a ticket knowing that the squad is under funded and left in a state. Effectively, you know that you're getting yourself in for!
What's everyone else's considerations?

So the majority of you would buy tickets regardless of the state of the team and ambition showed by the club? Fair play.
I just wouldn't get any enjoyment knowing we're going to get turned over every week. I'd rather wait until we were in League One and could be competitive for mid table.

Most Marriage councillors recommend buying a season ticket or a golf membership, That's good enough for me.
(Beware of the ones recommending both, they are divorce lawyers)

Sheikh n Bake reacted to Curtains in Love the comradery amongst the Teams in the EFL war
All trying to do each other down
Fans and owners love having a go .
I suppose that’s football
Or is It !
Its a consequence of FFP and the EFL rules
Whatever happened to the good old game of football when it was actually about what happened on the field not the financial Armageddon

Sheikh n Bake reacted to Ghost of Clough in EFL Verdict
You appear to be reading something that isn't there. That statement simply said Pro Pope gave a convincing argument.
After all, it's the DC who issue the penalty. The only statements we have to go off both suggest that we don't have to stick to the standard straight-line method.

Sheikh n Bake reacted to Ravabeerbelly in Where is Duncan?
No ones giving the kid a hard time. But SOME are rightly pointing out that that this lad came in on a three year deal and SOME people got way ahead of themselves in thinking he was going to come in and score goals in the championship.
Hes 20 years old and not played a single minute of EFL football. We have players similar age who have over 2000 minutes under their belts who are thought to not be close to first team football!
The fact of the matter is, he has barely broken into our U23s. He’s yet to score a goal for Derby County at any level and at the moment he’d be behind Stretton who not only scored goals for 23s, went out and tested himself in men’s football in the conference and scored goals there too.
If anyone wants to give Bobby a break I’d suggest stop making wild claims about how he could break into the first team based on the fact he’s doing as much if not less than 90% of other young footballers in the summer, in trying to go back in tip top shape by training ahead of the return.
