Sparkle reacted to Srg in Notts Forest Playtime
Well, I hate to side with Forest fans on anything but their club is well and truly screwing their fans over.Â
Theyâve announced their season ticket prices and theyâre frankly disgusting. Tickets going up 200% in 2 years, shifting age categories so some tickets going up ÂŁ700⌠you name it, theyâre doing it. My missus, for my sins, has a season ticket and hers has gone up ÂŁ200 since the Championship - and this is after giving them money during COVID to keep them going.Â
Meanwhile, the club gleefully crow about having 10,000 on a season ticket waiting list. Pay up, or another customer (not fan, customer) will do.
Latest in a long line of things where their ownership really doesnât get the difference between fans and customers. Premier league? You can keep it.Â

Inverted wingers are just modern football. So few teams play with left footed on the left, right footed on the right like 15 years ago. Coincided with the shift towards goals coming from those players, rather than strikers in a lot of top teams.
Think we can analyse that miss until the cows come home but it doesn't really matter. It was a crap miss, one he wouldn't miss if you gave him another 10 goes at it. It's football, it happens. He won't need telling. It's Warne and the team's job to ensure his head doesn't drop over it because we will need him if we're to do this.
Whilst I agree, I think Warne would have left him there if he could. We had an injury crisis, he was trying to polish a turd of an attacking force.

Yet what has happened to him? Someone moved him basically from his best position and decided to make him captain to give him something else to think about - NML is one of those who you leave in his best position and just concentrate on playingÂ

Since Sibley has been helping the team when at LB or LWB we havenât really been losing games or letting many goals in - well thatâs what it feels like to me.
we just signed loads of players with a hefty list of injuriesÂ

It's hard work sometimes.Â

Point gained against a side that you will never get a decent game of football against - that said Warneâs sides rarely play a decent game of football either.
No shots on target suggest we could do with having a better way of playing despite the limitations of some of our players.
Whats our leader going to serve up at home on Saturday 5 at the back ? As we havenât exactly done much with the football at home all season.

Absolutely how I feel in most home games - successful maybe - enjoyable as a football spectacle, no chanceÂ

I would have taken the point before the game but having lead twice we probably should have taken all 3 points - Portsmouth really are not very good and neither are we but obviously we are both a fair bit better than many other sides in the league overallÂ
Letâs get automatic promotion and have a big rethink on how we are going to play next season and who we can recruit to improve us.

We defended well second half but but it was a lot to ask our defensive players to hold out for 45Â
we couldâve asked more questions second half and @Caerphilly Ram is right âŚCollo looked out in his feet and maybe a Washington a bit earlier mightâve meant the second goal doesnât happen as Collo was easily turnedÂ
I agree a point before game was a good point but as I said before game pompy are nothing special and second half we sat off too much we should really have  beaten them twice this season imoÂ

Itâs entirely alien to me to effectively watch a team come to Pride Park and allow them to dominate play and possession to the point where to me itâs âanti-footballâ. Goes against every sinew of my football-loving being. Ok we got the 3 points and we looked reasonably comfortable but for me itâs high risk and not how I would ever set up a team to play. Itâs not the spirit of the beautiful game.Â
